Shipping & Returns Policy

Hand-Poured to Order: Every piece is uniquely crafted just for you. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be poured, cured, and finished before it is dispatched.
UK Shipping: We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Packaging: We use eco-conscious and recyclable packaging wherever possible to ensure your items arrive safely and sustainably.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. As a small, growing business, we are focusing on getting our pieces to our local customers safely and efficiently. However, we hope to offer international shipping in the near future! Follow us on Instagram @Shoplittleneststudio for updates on when we expand our shipping zones.

Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our hand-poured items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom colors or personalized pieces unless they arrive damaged.
Damages: If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us at Shoplittleneststudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Change of Mind: For non-custom items, you have 14 days to return your item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
